Nobody acknowledges that because it's not true. The MGS and GOW3 trailers were incredible.
I think it can and will.
"Trying to ruin Geohot's life"
You mean Sony trying to defend one of their foremost products from a person who's spent his time trying to compromise its security which can lead to the consumer's finances at risk (which is the case here) not to mention piracy?
I'm just curious, for those expecting or demanding some kind of "reimbursement," what do you have in mind?
D1GP > Formula Drift
Ironic how I can't even customize/create maps for the PC version since there's no Sandbox editor.
:/
During the beta/early after release of Uncharted 2, the multiplayer was absolutely solid. But somehow ND added patches that progressively made it worse by actually unbalancing the weapons. Those who played or continuously are playing UC2 online know what I'm talking about
That being said, the multiplayer is very addictive and requires a lot of teamwork on objective based matches
If these claims are true, I'm upgrading to a 560ti next week. I'd like to see some kind of comparison video though
You make a good point but that's not what the article is about.
Good points made, but the GT series doesn't really do DLC.
I'm personally no PC elitist; I own a mid-range PC and PS3, but even I was disappointed with Crysis 2. For someone who never played the first and owns a PS3/360, I'm sure it's an absolute blast. But for those who played the first and/or warhead, it's a real big let down to see how the sequel took a full 180 in it's technical, design, gameplay and even storytelling aspects.
Putting aside the issues of DX11, mod support, etc. for the PC version, I think PC ...
Blizzard has NEVER made a bad game. Go ahead, try and name one
eh? street fighter is considered one of the deepest fighting game series. The pros have spent years trying to master SFII alone.
I have to agree, after playing both on PC, Crysis 1 still looks much better than the second. It was just future proof; the better hardware you had to run it, the better the game looked and ran. With crysis 2, the hardware's already available to play on maximum settings with 60+ fps. (not my pc spec, but it's available) 3 years from now, maxing out crysis 2 really won't look different than maxing it out today.
And about GT5... as big as a fan I am of that game, the...
No perks please this is battlefield
How about scope reflection? Semi realistic, but I guess it could pose a problem with dusk/night settings. At the same time, I don't think a prone sniper should be easily spotted. Have to at least give them the benefit of managing to get into a good posistion.
Nuff said? The engines running those games don't come close to that of Frostbite 2's.
they're not being "lazy" they're focusing their attention on the PC version. I'm sure they CAN get more players. The problem is they can't do it without compromising the engine, which people seem to forget, isn't being developed for the consoles.
haha because Forza's a racing sim right?
Crap games don't sell well... because they're crap. Uncharted, Gears of War, Halo, MGS4, etc. they sold very well because they're very good games. COD games sell so well because activision rode off the success of COD4. Bad Company 2 sold well (not amazingly well) because it was much better than people had anticipated.
And now we come to BF3, the TRUE sequel to one of the best fps ever released, and di...
(sigh) it's a shame GFWL never really improved. I only have 1 game that uses it, GTAIV which I got about 2 years ago. GFWL was trash then and it's trash now.
